Dr Rakesh Godhwani is a recognised educator and thought leader in professional influence, communication mastery, and leadership development.
He is the founder of the School of Meaningful Experiences (SoME), an organisation dedicated to helping professionals build human skills that drive real, measurable impact at work.
With over 20 years of teaching and coaching experience, Dr Godhwani has worked with more than 10,000 professionals across corporates, startups, NGOs, government bodies, and academic institutions.
He currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty of Communication at IIM Bangalore and has also taught at institutions such as Ahmedabad University, IIM Udaipur, and the Indian Institute of Science.
Known for combining academic rigour with deep real-world relevance, Dr Godhwani’s work makes complex communication and leadership challenges practical, actionable, and context-ready for today’s professionals.
